He has been working with Mary for 3 months and she continues to get stronger and be dedicated. I started in November and have been amazed at how much better I feel after going and have been greatly encouraged that in 6 weeks (even being out sick for one!) I have dropped a size in pants and feel stronger every day. They have a beginner’s classes every other Saturday, it’s free so come check it out! If you think you can’t do CrossFit, or if you think it is just too intense for you, you need to come work out with the best trainer in town. He will meet you where you are and get you started on a path you never thought you could master.
